To be eligible, the product must be in the original condition with tags still on and in the original packaging. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase. Please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your item. Please package the item safely and return it in its original presentation packaging. If the item is damaged on arrival, we shall be unable to refund you, only products returned in perfect condition with its packaging will be refunded. Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note. All return delivery costs are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have any further queries regarding returns please contact us and we shall be happy to help.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>How and when will I be refunded, once I returned my order?<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. The return will be checked afterwards. If the returned products are in perfect condition and the security seals are undamaged, the order amount will be refunded to you using the method of payment you used while placing the order.
